Sometimes we know we want change, but struggle to understand why the same patterns keep holding us back or leave us feeling stuck. Meaningful change begins with first feeling seen, heard, and understood. My personal experience with counseling inspired me to pursue a path toward becoming a licensed professional counselor, a journey that continues to grow and change through connection with each client.

I enjoy working with men, women, older teens (16+), and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma, burnout, and conflict. My therapeutic approach guides us in selecting appropriate treatment and care. Using a blend of person-centered and psychodynamic therapy, exploring past experiences and relationship patterns may reveal how they affect your present life. Compassionate, nonjudgmental exploration in a safe and connected way can help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and take steps to create meaningful change in your life.

I graduated with BST in Graphic Communications from Pittsburg State University, and my MA in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University. I love exercising my creative energy through photography, painting, design, and crafting. I also enjoy connection through nature, animals, and supportive relationships.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey to growth, healing, and deeper understanding.
