I believe psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to explore the parts of life and self that are often difficult to face, express, or fully understand. I am inspired by the courage it takes to begin this work, to be honest about your experiences, and to allow yourself to be truly seen by another person.

I view the counseling process as a collaborative relationship built on authenticity, trust, curiosity, and emotional safety. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring both their challenges and strengths. I believe meaningful change often begins with greater self-awareness and understanding. I enjoy helping clients make sense of the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that shape the way they relate to themselves and others.

I work with adults, adolescents, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and issues related to self-worth and identity. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing and growth occur within the context of a genuine therapeutic relationship. Whether you are seeking relief from emotional pain, hoping to strengthen your relationships, or wanting to understand yourself more deeply, my hope is to provide a space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and feel genuinely seen in the process.

I am a graduate student and counseling intern under the supervision of Alysa Koeneman, M.A., LCPC, LPC. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Prior to entering the counseling field, I gained over seven years of experience working in corporate environments.
