Kate Patt, M.A., LCMFT, LMFT
Kate is a compassionate, experienced therapist with a strong clinical foundation. She has been in practice for over 10 years and feels comfortable working with a wide range of concerns. Many of Kate’s clients have found their work together helpful in addressing anxiety, depression, familial and relationship struggles, OCD, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and spiritual concerns.
In addition to her broad clinical experience, Kate has specialized training in treating disordered eating. She is an active member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) and stays engaged with the latest in evidence-based care.
Kate’s therapeutic style is integrative. While rooted in a psychodynamic approach, she draws from evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring her work to meet each client’s unique needs. This means she collaborates with clients to ease distressing symptoms while also exploring the deeper patterns that drive them. Her goal is not just symptom relief, but meaningful, lasting change and healing.
Kate believes healing is possible—and that it begins within the context of a trust-filled therapeutic relationship. Through this connection, clients can gain insight, develop self-compassion, and begin to transform longstanding patterns.
Please contact Kate for a 20-minute consultation call (via secure phone or telehealth) to get a feel for her approach and determine if working together would be a good fit.

Ryan Steinle, M.A., LPC
Ryan approaches counseling from a client-centered and psychodynamic lens. He specializes in helping others suffering from: depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency, grief and shame. Ryan strives to create an environment that allows his clients to feel safe and heard. He graduated with an M.A. in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2023. Ryan would be honored with the opportunity of getting to work with you!
Ryan acknowledges that life can be met with many challenges and tribulations. While one of his favorite quotes is, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,” he also understands how that first step is often hindered by paralyzing anxiety or depression and can be difficult to manage on our own. It can feel like we are lost without an end destination or compass to point us in the right direction. Having someone walk alongside you as a compassionate and empathetic guide can establish a sense of safety and peace of mind. In addition, his psychodynamic lens will help you mine the unconscious and bring awareness to the root of your anxiety & depression.
