How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or repeating the same patterns, therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to begin.
Your therapist will conduct an initial assessment to determine why you are coming to therapy, why now, and your specific goals. They will work with you to determine a specific treatment plan for your needs as well as give you the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the therapeutic process.
It depends on what you’re working through. Some people come for months, others for years. We don’t rush the process—but we do walk with you through it.
Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual therapy options, depending on your needs and therapist availability.
