Life transition

I work with adults, adolescents, teens, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, communication difficulty, and a breakdown in family systems. I work hard to create an environment that is warm, supportive, and safe. My desire is for my clients to know and experience my commitment to their growth and healing process as well as feel comfortable enough to fully express themselves.

As someone who has received counseling in my own life, I understand how transformational the process can be. My own journey not only yielded personal healing and growth but ignited a passion to assist others. Being a witness to my client’s growth has been the most rewarding gift in my profession.

You can expect the following therapeutic elements when working with me:
Explore your family history and attachment background.
Identify unhelpful patterns that contribute to feeling stuck or lost in life.
Process & explore your trauma and painful experiences
Create a roadmap so you can navigate life with a new sense of clarity and purpose.
I believe that each of these will lead to a stronger sense of self, increased self-esteem, and an overall feeling of healing and growth.

In addition to being a therapist I play the drums and guitar. I’m also currently learning to play the piano. I love animals and am the proud owner of four dogs and a cat.
